`To Be` is fashionable

To be more than happy with what you have achieved so far, and less enthusiastic about all the material wealth accumulated so far.

Emerson, a famous American intellectual in the 19th century has the following view:

„We live in succession, in division, in parts, in particles. Meanwhile, the man is the soul of the whole; the wise silence; the universal beauty, to which every part and every particle is related, the eternal ONE.

And this deep power in which we live and whose bliss is accessible to us, it is not only self-sufficient and perfect in every hour, but it is the act of perception and the object perceived, the spectator and the show, the subject and the object, all are one.
We see the world piece by piece, the moon, the sun, the animal, the tree; but the whole, of which these are shining parts, is the soul.”

What do you say about this: `To be` more in control of your own thoughts and free from any attachement that holds you in place? Isn’t it more appealing?

There is also the option `to be` trully honest with what really matters. This happens when you are not tempted anymore by beautiful words, that are actually false, lying to life no matter in which tone their are sang.

`To be` is now more fashinable to the disappointment of `to have` and `to do`, simply because the first is the one making a difference in life. What you now own can dissipate in an instant. You can accumulate wealth that you may never enjoy for real. It happens that you feel that you would stand upside down to get everything you dreamed … but nothing ever happens. Why is that? Well those dreams are empty of you, seeker of happiness … and this is what they’ll be: empty things you own, that offer you the illusion of richess.

To have the results that others expect from you, without enjoying every small successes is just like when you give energy and precious minutes on a platter of gold for the benefit of obtaining intangible assets. Completely vide!

Just remember this one last Emerson idea Only what we have inside can be seen in the outside!
