Grammar of thoughts

The other day a thought came to my mind: wouldn’t it be interesting to have access to a grammar for how we think, that could explain the correct rules in using your own mind, thus knowing which conjugations of thoughts you can make and how to decline each moment of your life. Lots of things define us, and the words we use daily, knowingly or not are on top of the list.

I do believe that it would be innovative for the educational system to include the practice of controling the flow of thoughts at early ages! During this course you could understand why it is correct, and even vital I might add, to use only words with a positive meaning, having thought and ideas that are directed towards fulfillment, happiness and success.

You are aware by now that thoughts become real at a speed hard to logically explain, therefore it is very important to keep in mind only those that are worth while. Why should anyone waste the magic of happening with things that we do not like or that make our days to be grey? For example, I choose to write fluently in the notebook of my life so that when I will reach the end of that story, I would want to read it again and again.

Taking into account the fact that the mind is our most trusted ally and in the same time our fearful enemy, it is highly important to understand how it works - right now - without having any previous training or specialization. Under these circumstances, please tell me which are the verbs that you use frequently and at what time coordinates? Do you use to say „I would like to have a beautiful day today” or you start with an „Good morning Sunshine… Today it will be a great day. I know it.” To you find yourself saying at least once „I will never be able to that” or are you the winner that knows „there is always an other way out.

What kind of phrases you usually use? You trust „no”for the introduction, content or conclusions or you state with a firm voice: Yes, you bet! many times a day?

The nouns and adjectives you use talk about beauty, respect, love, trust in yourself and the
world around you, or are they tiring, superficial and demoralizing?

One interesting way to start controlling your thoughts is to notice how you answer to your daily activities, to the challenges and questions that people pose in front of you, to the conversations and projections that take pace in your mind. After this first step the fun part can begin: to play with your thoughts banishing the negative ones once and for all.

This is how you will understand that words, even if you think that are meaningless, are in fact seeds for a wealthy life! My recommendation is to start now cultivating the healthy seeds (I mean thoughts) if you want to have a rich culture of happiness in life!
