At this program’s conclusion, participants should be able to:

  • Set SMART goals for themselves and others.
  • Provide constructive feedback and follow up on goals and workgroup targets with subordinates.
  • Counsel employees who are not performing up to expectations.
  • Illustrate the impact of body language and voice tones on communication.
  • Explain the four basic behavioral styles and how to adapt to each.
  • Capitalize on personal style for more effective communication.
  • List tactics for dealing with difficult behaviors.
  • Create an environment that is conducive to delivering exceptional service.
  • Develop an action plan to improve their supervision skills.
  • Accelerate relationship management, customer satisfaction, loyalty and satisfaction.

The sessions are achieved by modules, interdependent as approached subjects. Groups contain 7-12 participants. A standard sales coaching program contains at least 2 modules of 12 sessions, each module, with one day session of breakthrough.Having a flexible approach; we will modify content as needed to meet your business objectives. Each session is for 3 hours, every week, at the client’s office. The coaching sales program is available both in English and in Romanian.
