In my relationship with Elena, I had the opportunity to discover and rediscover important elements from both my professional and personal life, elements that, thankfully, I was able to see from the outside, which opened a whole new perspective for me.
There are some elements that made the difference and helped me implement some significant changes in my business: priorities that dictated my plans, the communication and relations with my employees, and last but not least, the impact that my professional life had on my personal life.
