I have a story to tell to those of you who would like to know Elena better. I started a coaching program for 17 young people, in the community for practice HRemotion.
Two days prior to the matching meeting between the coaches and coachees, I received a phone call from Vali Cojocaru, who told me that he could recommend me one more coach for the program and that he will be waiting for me to share my opinion about … a certain Elena. Being all conscientious, I went ahead and called Elena Capruciu. Five minutes into the conversation I felt like I was talking to my best friend, that I knew for at least 10 years.
The morning after we met for some hot chocolate and I have to admit that after two- and- a- half hours of talking it was hard for me to say good-bye. I can’t put my finger on what it was exactly that attracted me to her…maybe it was the warmth emanating from her eyes and face or maybe the closeness she was displaying, even though she knew me for just few minutes…or maybe the depth of her way of thinking and viewing life, the wisdom of her questions.
What’s certain is that now, 1 year later, she is the one person who can still read me at a glance, who can help me grow by making me face my inner self for an hour or who can take me out of my comfort zone, while at the same time being careful to respect my boundaries.
Elena is the person for whom coaching really means the way to fulfilling your dreams, who lives each experience along with her coachee at the highest level of intensity and at the greatest depth. I recommend you, the reader, to let her get to know you! It could be a real godsend for you. Best regards!
