„What is a team good for?”

A team is a group of people working together in order to achieve something.

What really make a team to win are not the people themselves but the spirit that unites them.

Because when they are united they can reach any peak, but when they are divided each of them looks for his own purpose.

Take a football or a basketball team, for example. What would they do if they didn’t follow certain rules and weren’t united? Perhaps just a few would touch the ball and after a while they’d get tired of too much running and fighting alone.

But when working in a team each has his own tasks and the “burden” is equally distributed.

This way the team can run longer and get better results.

The final purpose of team–coaching is the team performance, which can be achieved by:

  • Developing a teamwork and leadership culture, fostering a spirit of initiative, responsibility and respect, throughout the entire company/team.
  • Inspiring team creativity.
  • Developing a sense of responsibility and appropriation of company goals.
  • Assurance each team member’s personal and professional development, in order to actively promote performance and autonomy in their particular job.
  • Better definition and management of projects and resources and better strategy skills.
  • More dynamic team meetings: better prepared, with more enthusiasm and focused truly on the strategic decisions as well as on effort monitoring to implement them.

TEAM COACHING - SPORTS – is aimed for teams which want to achieve high performance or to reach their goals in their field of activity, having the following actions and benefits:

  • WINNER MENTALITY for young athletes from an early age; to succeed in life and consider themselves as winners in any situation.
  • CONFIDENCE in one self, in one’s own strength. To channel one’s ENERGY/STRENGTH towards achievable goals.
  • Rediscovering MOTIVATION for athletes.
  • Mind training: Constructive Thinking – setting goals, ensuring a stimulating environment, Visualization. Preparation routines. Cognitive strategies and focus training. Role-playing. Self-suggestion
  • Emotion and Focus Management: What helps us focus? The outside versus the inside game.
  • Breathing techniques.
  • Relaxation techniques.
